Rosalie Orr, SNJM

Sister Rosalie (Mary Andrea) spent many years as an elementary school teacher, working in Bend, Medford, Eugene and Portland, OR. Her ministry in elementary education culminated with serving as principal at The Madeleine in Portland for eight years. Completing the CPE program at Portland Providence Medical Center, she became a chaplain there for 14 years, the last six working in the hospice program. In retirement, she has provided respite care on a volunteer basis and conducted sessions on personal spirituality at Coffee Creek, a women’s correctional facility in Wilsonville, OR. She resides in Milwaukie, OR.
