Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary are recruiting for a part-time Care Coordinator. As part of the Health and Well-Being team of the Sisters of the Holy Names this position provides care management to Sisters who reside primarily in Western Washington. The Care Coordinator consults and advises regarding healthcare needs and services; enhances Sister's understanding of her own medical and psychosocial needs.  Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in home health and/or care coordination, or equivalent.  Master's Degree in social work, with concentration in medical/healthcare social work settings, or equivalent. Valid drivers' license with good driving record and personal vehicle. Ability to travel frequently (often on a daily basis) in carrying out job responsibilities.

Job Opening: Support Services for Eldercare –  Campbell, CA

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary are recruiting for a part-time position. The Support Services for Eldercare position works closely with the Sisters of the Holy Names (SNJM) Community Life Coordinators by providing direct support with community events, assistance with addressing ousekeeping needs and assist in transitioning sisters to new residence when needed.

Qualifications: Two years of college and two to three year’s work related experience providing similar services to elderly or disabled population preferred. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills related to small events and activities.

Contract Opportunity: Parish Nurse/Registered Nurse (RN) – Seattle, WA

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary (SNJM) are searching for a parish nurse to provide care management services to approximately 22 Sisters primarily in the Seattle/Western Washington area. This position is contracted and the person will coordinate the Sisters’ health care services in collaboration with the SNJM Province Health and Well-Being Administrator and SNJM Director of Benefits. The number of hours worked depends on the needs of the Sisters. The SNJM Community will pay the RN: (1) an hourly rate for services rendered; (2) a monthly service fee; and (3) reimbursement for mileage and direct expenses related to services.

Job Opening: Human Resources Assistant – Lake Oswego, OR

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary (SNJM) are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant. As part of a two-person HR department, this role is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations. General areas of responsibility include staff recruitment, benefit administration, staff events and support of the overall human resource functions.

Qualifications: Supports the mission and values of the Sisters of the Holy Names, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; at least three years of HR experience in a variety of HR functions. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant; experience working with a nonprofit organization a plus.
