On Sunday, January 29, Bishop Jose Gomez celebrated mass in honor of SNJM Jubilarians in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Mary Ann Connell, SNJM, Vera Ruotolo, SNJM, Mary Leo Grijalva, SNJM and Jean Morningstar, SNJM were among the Diamond Jubilarians who were honored.

Art Raimo, President of Academy of the Holy Names, Tampa, recently blogged about his experiences with the Tampa celebration of Gasparilla, an annual pirate festival. The SNJMs of the Southern California Mission Centre participated in an anti-human trafficking event that is featured in the Los Angeles Archdiocese newspaper, The Tidings. Catholic Schools Superintendent for Oakland, Barbara Bray, SNJM, was interviewed in the Catholic Voice for Catholic Schools Week 2012.
