Yakima-area Jubilarians were profiled in the Yakima Herald-Republic. "I'm extremely grateful that I've been a Sister of the Holy Names for 50 years, which enabled me to do wonderful things in service to others," said Mary Rita Rohde, SNJM. Ramona Convent Secondary School project

Junior High students at Ramona Convent Secondary School recently completed a project that was connected to a course reflection on following the mission of Jesus and the works of mercy, both corporal and spiritual. They added new plants to the Mary Grotto on campus. To celebrate their project, they gathered to pray the rosary in honor of the role models in their lives many of whom are their mothers.
