Deepen your heart: SNJM Associate commitment
Challenge yourself! SNJM Associates are women and men, married or single, who want to deepen their commitment to God and to become active in ministry with the Sisters of the Holy Names. (Read our stories of why we became Associates and how association enriches our lives.)
Associate commitment
is a relationship without canonical vows, within our Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. Associates share the SNJM spirit and mission. This association fosters sharing of prayers, ministry and lived experience which mutually enriches and supports Associates and Sisters. Here are the steps of the association process:
Inquiry
Commitment
• Embrace SNJM priorities.
• Choose your level of involvement.
• Participate in and/or prayerfully support SNJM ministries.
• Contact a Sister or Associate of the Holy Names.
• Interview with a member of our Associate Team.
• Participate
in a welcoming community.
Candidacy
• Spend a period of orientation and mutual evaluation to discern your call.
