Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary (SNJM) are currently recruiting for a Director of Accounting in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This full-time position is responsible for managing and supervising the activities of the Accounting staff in accordance with established Province policies and procedures. The Director of Accounting is responsible for development and maintenance of the accounting, financial, and payroll reporting systems for the Province and develops and implements financial policies in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer.

Qualifications: Support the mission and values of the Sisters of the Holy Names. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of five years of accounting-related experience. Previous experience in a not-for-profit and/or religious organization preferred. Knowledge of and experience with accounting software programs, preferably MIP. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations. Must have good organizational skills, and excellent leadership and supervisory skills.

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Manager of Educational Resources and Projects. This position works in close collaboration with both the Province Leadership Team and the Members of the SNJM Incorporated Province Ministries to identify current realities and emerging trends in each of the incorporated ministries. This role is tasked with establishing collaborative relationships with the head of the ministry and Board chairs for each ministry and to facilitate established communication processes; collaborates with Corporate Members to fulfill their reserved powers; designs strategies for the Corporate Members and other stakeholders to explore the future direction of sponsorship. Ensures the SNJM mission and values are incorporated in each ministry.

Required Qualifications: Supports the mission and values of the Sisters of the Holy Names, Master’s degree in organizational development, education or administration, or a related equivalent. Minimum of five years increasing responsibility in organizational effectiveness with significant experience in educational leadership or a similar role; experience working in a religious community ministry or similar mission-based non-profit organization.

JOB OPENING: Community Life/Activities Coordinator – Campbell/Saratoga, CA

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary (SNJM) are currently recruiting for a Community Life/Activities Coordinator in Campbell/Saratoga, California. This full-time position works in close collaboration with the SNJM team to provide pastoral and social support services to approximately twenty elder Sisters of the Holy Names living at Our Lady of Fatima Villa. This role is a liaison for SNJM with Our Lady of Fatima Villa administration.

Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Three to five year’s work –related experience providing services to elderly population preferred. Must have demonstrated management skills. Working knowledge of MS Office 2010, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have a current, unrestricted driver’s license with verifiable excellent driving record.
